NFLBite does not host, stream, broadcast, upload, or store any audio, video, or media files on its servers. All hyperlinks, embed codes, and schedules displayed on NFLBite point to publicly available third-party video sharing platforms, external web scrapers, and open web feeds indexed automatically across the internet.
1. Notice and Takedown Procedure
It is our strict policy to respond promptly to clear and legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been linked to or indexed on NFLBite in a way that constitutes infringement, you or your authorized agent may submit a formal notification containing the statutory requirements listed below.
2. Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice
To expedite our review and processing, please ensure your DMCA takedown notice includes all of the following elements:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: Clear identification of the material or link claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the exact URL(s) on NFLBite where the material can be located.
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Misrepresentation & Legal Liability
Please be advised that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees incurred by the alleged infringer or service provider.
5. Repeat Infringer Delisting Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable international intellectual property laws, NFLBite has adopted a policy of terminating links and removing indexed channels originating from third-party websites or content contributors determined to be repeat infringers.
6. Third-Party Web Hosts
Because NFLBite only indexes external links and does not hold custody of original streaming servers, removing a link from NFLBite does not remove the underlying video stream from the web host or broadcaster who originally originated the feed. For complete eradication of copyrighted material at the source, please contact the specific server hosting the broadcast directly.
